Job description
Lead the branch operations as an Interim Branch Manager with Airgas in Saint-Hyacinthe, QC, focusing on efficiency and superior customer service. Drive profitability while ensuring compliance with safety audits and company guidelines. In this role, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee branch profitability and manage fleet resources effectively. The position requires strong leadership skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and maintaining quality standards for rental equipment. You will also play a key role in talent recruitment, staff training, and inventory management.
