Job description
Looking to build your career in and gain experience in HR administration and accounting support Banff Caribou Properties is seeking an organized and people-focused professional to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors while supporting our HR and Accounting is a full-time in-person position based at Head Office Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays).What Youll DoHR AdministrationSupport onboarding and employee employment letters staff ID cards name tags and business with benefits administration and employee engagement accurate and confidential HR & Administrative SupportPerform data entry and provide administrative support for accounting Welcome employees candidates and visitors to Head to inquiries and connect people with the appropriate create a positive and professional employee & Program SupportOpen and close the office ensuring mail office supplies and shared office the distribution of materials between BCP with special projects and process improvement Were Looking ForFriendly professional and organizational and communication -oriented with the ability to manage multiple in Microsoft administrative experience We OfferAt BCP we offer a comprehensive total compensation package including perks and benefits designed to support your professional growth and enhance your lifestyle in Banff.
