Although we are a global organization, WSP remains a relationship‑driven business that values work‑life balance—supported through our flexible and hybrid work environment.

Our work spans the private, public, and institutional sectors, delivering environmentally responsible, socially conscious, high‑quality design across Canada. You will contribute to projects of varying scale and complexity, including urban revitalization, master planning, parks and public spaces, complete streets, multi‑use trails, transit facilities, infrastructure, land development, and ecologically based landscapes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate frequently with Landscape Architecture teams across Calgary, Kelowna, Vancouver, Victoria, and Winnipeg, supporting work throughout Western Canada.

  • Contribute to proposal development, helping secure new work and expand WSP’s presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with teams across Western Canada to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.

  • Strong technical capability across design development and construction documentation, including site design, grading, planting design, detailing, and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with sound financial and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to prepare and lead proposal development efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting design ideas to clients, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Proficiency in core design and administrative software (CAD, Adobe, Microsoft Office).

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Assets considered an advantage:
