  • Manage and coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, and subcontractor activities within the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term execution plans, identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance, productivity, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, regulatory obligations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, environmental, and safety teams to address project issues and maintain project compliance.
  • Lead area progress reviews and provide regular status updates, forecasts, and reports to the Segment Integration Director and senior leadership team.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants, utility partners, subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders.
  • Identify schedule impacts, scope changes, and potential claims, working collaboratively with project controls and commercial teams to mitigate risks.
  • Support change management activities, including the identification, evaluation, and implementation of project modifications.
  • Review and approve work plans, construction methodologies, and execution strategies for assigned work areas.
  • Ensure effective coordination between multiple disciplines and work fronts to maximize project efficiency and minimize disruption.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all activities are executed in accordance with project health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Participate in budget development, forecasting, cost control, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead project personnel, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in client and executive-level meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring To The Team

  • 15+ years of progressive experience within major infrastructure, transit, heavy civil, transportation, or construction projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role overseeing large multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex Light Rail Transit (LRT), transit, rail, transportation, or major infrastructure projects.
  • Major public-private partnership (P3) project experience.
  • Utility relocation, civil works, stations, guideway, systems integration, or corridor construction experience.
  • Experience working within highly regulated urban construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery models, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and construction partners in a large project environment.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, scope management, and change management processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
