Job description
Accelerate your career in aviation supply chain management with Inland Group as the Supply Chain Manager. This in-person opportunity focuses on strategic purchasing and vendor negotiation. As part of Inland Group, which operates in over 60 locations, you will lead the supply chain department. Your leadership will ensure ethical vendor relationships, timely procurement processes, and adherence to performance metrics. Your insights will drive budgeting and trend analysis while developing innovative sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Manage supply chain operations and set achievable performance goals • Negotiate optimal contracts to enhance vendor relationships • Utilize analytical skills for cost and performance monitoring • Draft and implement purchasing policies and procedures • Collaborate with internal teams to establish sourcing strategies Requirements: • Minimum 10 years’ supply chain experience in a large company • At least 5 years in a senior role • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or a related field • CSCP certification preferred • Skilled in ERP/MRP and demand planning tools Lead the supply chain transformation at Inland Group and fuel aviation success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
