With over 50 Roofmart locations across Canada we are strategically positioned to handle all our customer needs. Job Description
Role: Inside Sales
Job Summary: Serving as the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone for sales transactions.
Compensation: $25-27/hour

Job Responsibilities
Serving as the customers first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
Completing sales transactions daily banking reconciliation reports and purchasing
Providing world class support and build strong long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
Complying with all health and safety rules regulations and legislation
Other duties as required
Qualifications
1 or more years of successful retail business accounting or sales experience
Multilinguist with a strong preference for Cantonese / Mandarin language skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong customer service skills
A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company
Authorized to work in Canada
