Job description
Drive tax excellence as a Tax Manager at Doane Grant Thornton in Kamloops. Work alongside diverse clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional tax services. As a key leader in the Domestic Tax team, you'll be at the forefront of managing complex corporate tax matters. Your role will involve coaching tax professionals while advising clients during crucial tax processes like reorganizations and succession. Proactively resolving tax issues and identifying new service opportunities is vital to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Coach and mentor tax colleagues on compliance matters • Build trusting client relationships and provide taxation advice • Manage corporate tax files including T2 and T3 returns • Resolve client-related tax issues proactively • Lead initiatives for new tax service development Requirements: • Completed CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or relevant degree • Experience in Canadian corporate and personal tax • Proven track record of mentoring colleagues • Ability to present innovative tax strategies • Strong relationship-building capabilities Contribute to client success and grow your career at Doane Grant Thornton in Kamloops. #J-18808-Ljbffr
