Job description

This position centers on sales and customer service within the wireless department. You’ll connect with customers to share knowledge about trending wireless products, achieving their working and learning goals. Collaboration with the store team is key to driving customer awareness and excitement around wireless offerings. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with customers to identify wireless and wireline sales • Assist customers in exceeding their needs with expert advice • Foster awareness of deals and encourage shopper referrals • Maintain accurate merchandising standards • Effectively manage customer concerns with timely escalation Requirements: • 3 months to 1 year in wireless sales or similar experience • Customer service-oriented with strong selling skills • Ability to coach and communicate clearly with clients • Technology-versed with a curious mindset • Skilled at planning and organizing daily tasks Maximize customer satisfaction and drive sales in the wireless industry with your expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
