Role Description The Member Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kamloops, BC. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective members, serving as a primary point of contact for member inquiries and support. Day-to-day tasks include responding to member questions, onboarding new members, collecting feedback, and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating member communications, assisting with events and programs, updating member records, and identifying opportunities to enhance member engagement. The Member Relations Specialist collaborates with internal teams to improve services, support membership growth, and uphold SICA’s commitment to a fair and transparent construction community.
