Job description
Seek a rewarding opportunity in Orangeville as Co-Director of Care (RN) with Jarlette Health Services. Drive nursing excellence and nurture resident relationships through comprehensive care management. The Co-Director of Care will work under the guidance of the Director of Care, overseeing vital programs and ensuring adherence to nursing standards. You’ll play a crucial role in staff management, policy development, and enhancing the quality of resident care in a fully accredited facility. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate management of care programs and continuous education • Lead nursing staff evaluation, recruitment, and development • Adhere to safety protocols and oversee resident assessments • Facilitate community outreach and collaborate with colleagues • Mentor and support new team members in their roles Requirements: • RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario needed • Preferred 2 years in Long Term Care (Gerontology) • Enrollment in Long Term Care Senior Management course beneficial • Active interest in further education is essential • Capable in using technology for effective administration Join a welcoming culture devoted to diversity at Jarlette Health Services and impact residents’ lives positively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
