Overview

Do you enjoy solving complex business problems, improving processes, and supporting meaningful organizational change? Are you skilled in project management, business analysis, research, or data-driven decision-making? If so, consider joining our Divisional Planning, Coordination, and Support Services team as a temporary Divisional Planning Analyst.

In this role, you will support and coordinate strategic initiatives across the Claims and Rehabilitation Services division. You'll contribute throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and performance monitoring. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will gain broad exposure to divisional priorities, including operations, policy, people, processes, and technology, while helping drive improvements that enhance service delivery and business outcomes.

This position is approximately 1 year in length.

• Evaluate, interpret, and present evidence of project findings to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner to support business planning

• Prepare comprehensive, coherent, and professional reports and presentations for a broad range of internal stakeholders, including senior management

Is this a good fit for you?

We're looking for someone who can:

• Be nimble and flexible, and open to try and experiment with different things to find the best approach to business problems

• Independently plan, prioritize, and coordinate complex and concurrent activities to meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment

• Manage multiple, changing priorities

Your background and experience
