The Environmental Health and Safety Manager acts as a strategic partner and change agent working with the NA Environmental and Health & Safety Departments to ensure consistent execution of regional EH&S policies and strategies. This role advises site leadership on EH&S objectives challenges the status quo to drive improvement and confidently pushes back when needed to maintain compliance and best practices. The position integrates EH&S into site culture and leads all phases of the plants environmental health and safety programs.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $100000 - $120000 and includes a possible 12% short-term incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
