POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for quoting and writing new policies and providing ongoing service to a group of valued clients. These clients rely on your professional advice & exceptional customer service to protect their assets. Your positive, collaborative mindset and focus on delivering an excellent client experience will help continue to differentiate Ing & McKee in the marketplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize insurance and customer service skills to quote, write new policies and service personal lines policies. Managing an assigned book of business while supporting the team and broader organization with sales and service needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to help protect clients and their assets building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Maintain and expand your knowledge of industry trends, products, and market changes.
• Use a variety of technology tools—including our Broker Management System (EPIC)—to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative, and welcoming environment.
