Job description
Make a significant impact as the Associate Director of Physician Services for the Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority. This leadership role focuses on clinical oversight and enhancing stakeholder collaboration. You will spearhead initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality and culturally relevant health services across the region. Your expertise in fiscal management and program development will be essential in supporting operational goals and strategic direction. Engage with diverse communities and integrate effective healthcare practices while leading a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage strategic direction of Physician Services • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations • Develop and support human resources strategies • Monitor and report on financial responsibilities • Encourage collaborative relationships among stakeholders Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Allied Health required • Minimum five years in an Allied Health setting • At least two years in a management capacity • Experience with Indigenous health priorities • Proficient communication and teamwork skills Utilize your leadership skills to foster integrated care and community health advancements in Sioux Lookout. #J-18808-Ljbffr
