We are seeking a dedicated PartsPro Team Lead for PartSource. This role comes with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. As the PartsPro Team Lead, you\'ll utilize your auto parts expertise to drive sales in your PartSource store, applying our parts look-up system to identify and sell suitable automotive parts solutions to our customers. When the store management team is absent, you will assume keyholder responsibilities and oversee all aspects of store operations. Your contribution will be crucial in fostering positive relationships with our customers.

Our typical hiring range is between $19.60 and $23.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
