Your Responsibilities as a CSR and Marketing Assistant

Customer Interaction

• Answer inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for current and potential customers.
• Provide friendly and professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Scheduling and Coordination

• Schedule customer appointments and manage technician schedules.
• Ensure accurate communication regarding appointments and service details.

Problem Resolution

• Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Lead Management

• Respond promptly to voicemail, email, and online inquiries to nurture leads.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Marketing

• General marketing knowledge and experience
• Ability to apply and implement marketing best practices principals
• Digital marketing experience
• Research experience
• Copywriting experience

Required Skills

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to manage various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Active listening to understand customer needs.
• Empathy to connect with customers on a personal level.
• Problem-solving abilities to navigate issues effectively.
• Time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Other

• Perform basic administrative tasks related to finance
• Assist with invoicing, follow up with accounts receivable, and CSR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Internship or prior experience in a CSR and marketing role
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Good and professional English communication skills

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $22 to $24 an hour, depending on your experience.
