Your PurposeThe Corporate Partnerships Officer drives revenue growth and partner engagement by building securing and stewarding corporate relationships for the University Hospital Foundation (UHF). This role manages a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects while actively identifying and securing new partnership opportunities. Working collaboratively across the organization the Corporate Partnerships Officer aligns corporate objectives with UHF funding priorities to create meaningful long-term relationships that generate sustainable revenue and community impact.
Your RoleYour responsibilities will include:
Revenue Generation & Portfolio ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of approximately 100 corporate partners and prospects driving sustained revenue growth.Achieve annual revenue targets through sponsorships corporate philanthropy and cause marketing.Provide leadership in the evolution and execution of individualized engagement and solicitation strategies to maximize investment.Build and maintain a strong pipeline with a strong emphasis on new partner acquisition.
Business DevelopmentCultivate qualify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities.Develop compelling and customized partnership proposals that align corporate partner focus areas and UHF events programs campaigns and funding priorities.Present partnership opportunities independently and in collaboration with senior leadership as appropriate.
Partner Engagement & StewardshipDeliver a high-quality partner experience that drives retention growth and long-term loyalty.Coordinate and execute tailored engagement opportunities including events campaigns and recognition initiatives.Partner with the Partner Experience team to execute stewardship plans.
Collaboration & StrategyCollaborate cross-functionally to develop and activate corporate partnerships.Contribute to signature initiatives (e.g. Festival of Trees presented by Landmark Homes Heart Month presented by Freson Bros. and the Head and Heart Campaign) to drive impact and visibility.Leverage data and insights to inform planning decision-making and continuous improvement.
Operating & ReportingTrack activity pipeline and revenue performance in CRM system.Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.Maintain accurate and timely records of partner interactions opportunities and revenue projections within the CRM system.Prepare reports forecasts and analyses to support strategic planning.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in business communications or related fields (or equivalent experience)CFRE or sales/business development designation is an asset
Experience:5 years in fundraising sales or corporate partnershipsDemonstrated success in revenue generation and portfolio managementExperience developing and closing corporate proposalsStrong network in business and/or nonprofit sectors preferredCRM experience such as Blackbaud Raisers EdgeProven experience developing presenting negotiating and securing partnership agreementsExperience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and complex sales or fundraising cycles
