Job description
Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Subaru Car Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people understanding their needs and helping customers find the right vehicle for their a Subaru Car Sales Advisor you will work directly with customers to understand what they are looking for showcase the Subaru lineup and help them find the vehicle that best fits their needs and are looking for someone who is confident competitive and motivated to succeed. Automotive sales experience is an asset but we are also open to individuals with a background in sales retail or customer service who are ready to take the next step in their career. With training coaching and ongoing support you will have the tools to build your product knowledge grow your sales skills and succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.A day in the LifeAs a Car Sales Advisor you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Subaru and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner both in store and through phone and online rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle vehicle presentations and test pricing financing options and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEMfeatures technology and market to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work in this role comes from consistent effort strong follow up habits and the ability to build trust with Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent customer-facing experience is speaking can be an assetEligible to obtain a VSA be available all days of the week including evenings and weekends.
