This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the smooth operation of concessions with an emphasis on food preparation, serving customers and maintaining a sanitary work area. Duties include assisting in providing direction to part-time concession attendants as well as inventory management in a face paced environment while focusing on exceptional customer service.This position is a 9-month part time contract from September 2026 to June 2027 with the possibility of renewal. Successful candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.Major Job ResponsibilitiesAssign work and provide direction, support and leadership to concession attendantsProvide excellent customer serviceEmphasis on food preparation, serving customers and maintaining a sanitary work areaEnsure accurate cash handling; balance cash at end of shiftFollow procedures for the opening and/or closing of concessionsStock shelves and display items in an organized mannerMaintain equipment in an organized and clean mannerComplete all inventory functions.
