Scott Construction is a well-known and trusted Construction Manager based in Western Canada. With offices in Vancouver and Toronto, Scott has been providing construction management services and building relationships since 1984. Our diverse portfolio of projects includes commercial, residential, and institutional sectors. Opportunity Summary
This is a 4-to-6-week temporary role. Main duties are assisting with a mass paper purge by scanning and electronically filing 55 boxes of files for several departments.
This role is 8 hours per day Monday to Friday. Paid parking, a laptop, printer and scanner are provided.
Qualifications
· Proficient with standard office equipment, including laptops, printers and scanners.
· Understanding of working in a professional office environment.
· Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
· Intermediate level of familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
· Able to show discretion with confidential / personal material
· Able to work under internal deadlines and able to prioritize work
