This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact branch influence strategic growth and play a key role in shaping operational excellence within a respected and values-driven organization. This position is based in Lethbridge Alberta a thriving community known for its affordable cost of living strong economy and access to some of Western Canadas best outdoor recreation. Located near the Rocky Mountains Lethbridge offers a balance of professional opportunity with excellent amenities and a welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities

As the Branch Manager you will lead branch operations while driving growth profitability and team development. Your responsibilities will include:

Branch Performance & Financial Management:
o Drive sales growth and profitability across all areas of the branch.
o Achieve asset management objectives and targeted market share goals.

Team Leadership & Development:
o Manage coach and develop branch employees to build a motivated high-performing workforce.
o Lead performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term success.

Customer Experience & Market Growth:
o Implement processes to gather continuous client feedback and ensure excellence in customer service.
o Identify and pursue new market segments and growth opportunities by monitoring customer activity industry trends and competitive pressures.

Strategic & Operational Collaboration:
o Provide insights and feedback on future opportunities and competitive challenges.
o Manage branch accounts receivable in collaboration with the Director of Credit Services.

Industry Representation & Brand Presence:
o Represent the organization at industry trade shows conventions and professional associations.
o Promote the branch positively within the market and broader industry.

Additional Responsibilities:
o Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:
o 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
o 35 years of progressively responsible management experience.
o Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Technical & Operational Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of product support and departmental operations.
o Proven ability to manage branch-level financial and operational performance.

Key Competencies:
o Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
o Strong work ethic and a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
