We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Hillside Centre VictoriaRetail Salon!
What Youll Do
- Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
- Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products trends and routines.
- Drive sales performance by supporting store goals promoting new launches and maintaining merchandising standards.
- Support daily salon operations including opening and closing duties acting as a key holder when required.
- Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge coaching in the moment and fostering positive energy.

What You Bring
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customerexperiences
- Strong communication organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable accountable and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
