Were looking for a motivated and dynamic Store Assistant Manager to help lead our team and support the daily operations of the this role youll assist the Store Manager in driving sales coaching and supporting team members ensuring operational excellence and creating an outstanding customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced playful environment and enjoy leading by example while fostering a fun and welcoming store this is your opportunity to make a real impact!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
2 years of management experience in a specialty retail environment.
Strong leadership coaching and team development abilities with a proven track record of motivating and building high-performing teams.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of retail operations and business management processes.
Expertise in shrink reduction expense control merchandising strategies brand differentiation and partnership development.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for board games puzzles and pop culture with a drive to achieve sales goals.
Experience recruiting hiring training and mentoring employees.
Self-motivated energetic and results driven.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
This is a replacement position.
