  • Supporting the innovation and optimization of project team SOPs, operational processes, tools, and workflows within the People Projects team to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining a prioritized outline of projects, milestones, action items and status reports for all assigned projects
  • Providing strategic guidance & thought partnership to Program Owners and Project Teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and deliverables
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners across retail and within the organization
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively with project partners, including cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure visibility, engagement and on-going alignment
  • Proactively identifying and managing project risks and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring project documentation is well-documented, current and complete

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Leading the larger scale projects and new initiatives as part of our longer-term roadmap

  • You have the ability to influence and guide without direct control
  • You are proficient in creating, organizing and leading efficient and effective workflow and project plans
  • You have advanced experience using project management platforms and tools (, Smartsheet, etc)
  • You are proficient in budget management, financial tracking and reporting
  • You can collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to drive results
