(Days) 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay rate; $24.00

ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and inbound delivery labels.
Schedule shipments and communicate with transportation carriers.
Maintain accurate shipping records and update warehouse management systems.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, customer service, and planning teams regarding shipment status.
Coordinate daily outbound and inbound shipments.
Communicate with carriers and customers regarding pickup and delivery schedules, delays, trailer requirements
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure loads are prepared and available for pickup.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with Yard Management Systems (YMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
QualificationsTwo (2) years of experience in warehouse environment.
Strong initiative and decision-making skills to identify and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to development and continuous improvement.
Proficient with standard programs including Microsoft office, WMS and SAP software.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) and SAP or other WMS systems.
