Are you looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the bustling manufacturing & logistics sector? Randstad is currently recruiting on behalf of our premier client for a dedicated, detail-oriented Disk Assembler to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Burlington, Ontario. In this essential production role, you will be a key player in the assembly process, handling metal fabrication duties that span from raw material preparation to the final touches of heavy-duty metal disks.

Operating within a fast-paced environment, the successful Disk Assembler will earn a highly competitive starting pay rate of $21.50 per hour. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with sophisticated machinery, including laser-cutting equipment and thermal ovens, while honing your specialized mechanical fabrication skills. Our recruiters at Randstad are experts in the manufacturing & logistics field and are committed to placing talent in roles where they can truly thrive.

As this manufacturing facility is located in Burlington, Ontario, the primary language of communication on the shop floor, within safety manuals, and during team huddles is English. A functional level of English is required to ensure that all team members can safely understand equipment instructions, coordinate on heavy lifts, and adhere to strict occupational health and safety protocols.
