What we ask of you:
Accurately process and verify prescriptionsin accordance withstate and federal laws ethical standards and company policies
Provide compassionate knowledgeable counseling to patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications
Serve as a trusted connection between patients healthcare providers and your local community
Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient and company information
Support and contribute to pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Administer immunizations and provide other health services aspermittedby state law
Coach mentor and support pharmacy technicians and team members in delivering excellent service
Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve operational goals
Whatyoubring to the table:
Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in good standing with the state board
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations
Strong communication leadership and customer service skills
Commitment to confidentiality professionalism and community care
Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
