We're the Electronic Recycling Association (era.ca), an established recycling organization - ISO 27001, 14001, 45001 & 9001 certified. We collect used computers and office electronics from businesses for secure recycling and refurbishment, and we're growing our remote outbound team covering Australian business hours.
THE JOB: Call businesses from our list, introduce our free pickup service, and book pickup appointments. Log every call outcome in our CRM. Some email follow-up. Full script and training provided - we care about clear, friendly spoken English and consistency, not hard selling.

YOU NEED: Fluent, clear spoken English; outbound calling or call-center experience preferred; quiet workspace + USB headset; stable internet 20+ Mbps AND a backup internet option (mobile hotspot); BACKUP POWER (UPS, inverter, generator) - outages during your shift are the one thing we can't work around; reliable computer; long-term commitment.
PAY: USD $3.00-$5.00/hour depending on experience. 40 hrs/week, ongoing.
TO APPLY, include in your application: (1) a link to a 30-60 second voice recording of the script below (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Vocaroo); (2) a speedtest.net result link or screenshot; (3) one or two lines describing your backup internet AND backup power; (4) the shift written out in YOUR local time and days; (5) a brief summary of your outbound/phone experience. VOICE-TEST SCRIPT (record yourself reading this naturally): "Hi, this is [your name] calling from the Electronic Recycling Association. We provide free pickup of old computers, laptops, and office electronics, with certified data destruction included. I noticed your company may have equipment sitting in storage - I'd love to schedule a quick pickup for you. Would this week or next week suit you better?"
