This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on network expansion, partner activation, and referral ecosystem growth.

What You'll Do

  2. Build and scale a multi-layer referral network that expands our ability to generate company leads.
  3. Develop outreach strategies to identify and attract high-potential referral partners.
  4. Educate partners on referral processes, incentives, and best practices.
  5. Manage partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and ongoing communication.
  6. Configure and manage custom referral fee structures when applicable.
  7. Create playbooks, training materials, and resources that help partners successfully grow their own referral networks.
  8. Track partner activity, referral volume, activation rates, and network growth metrics.
  9. Identify top-performing partners and develop strategies to increase their contribution.
  10. Work closely with leadership and growth teams to optimize referral programs and partner incentives.
  11. Continuously improve processes that increase referral network expansion and company acquisition outcomes.

What We Look For

  1. Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, referral programs, community building, business development, or network-driven growth.
  2. Proven ability to recruit, activate, and manage external partners.
  3. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  4. Experience working with incentive-based or performance-driven partner ecosystems.
  5. Comfortable with outbound outreach and partner acquisition.
  6. Highly organized with strong follow-through and operational discipline.
  7. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize programs.
  8. Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.

Preferred

  1. Experience building referral, affiliate, ambassador, or partner networks.
  2. Experience working with lead-generation organizations or independent business development partners.
  3. Familiarity with partner management, CRM, and referral tracking tools.
  4. Experience in recruiting, staffing, AI, technology, marketplaces, or growth-focused organizations.
  5. History of scaling partner ecosystems that produced measurable business outcomes.
