Order Fulfillment Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Process release and confirm orders using
• Perform order inquiries status checks and updates
• Pick materials based on pick lists.
• Apply labels and do final assembly of chassis products
• Install product and rear plates into frames
• Investigate and report inventory variances
• Follow ISO IPC and company quality standards
• Maintain proper ESD-safe handling procedures
• Work with production quality and shipping teams to resolve order or system issues
• Communicate order status updates and material availability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in fulfillment and ERP processes
• Visual inspection and cleaning of product
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Compliance with all Evertz Policies and Procedures
• Input inventory and check orders in AS400
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Be results oriented self-motivated and a team player
• Good communication skills be able to interact with various departments
• AS400 experience is an asset.
• Able to work without supervision in a fast paced environment
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of Computers Microsoft Word and Excel
