Were looking for a Member Advisor to join our team in Beaumont! This position is integral to the function of our organization playing a critical role in our member service team. Candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products services and omni channels to meet our members needs. If you have been in a Customer Service role before and had happy customers then thats what we are looking you to bring to our Members and use those skills to help them with their banking needs. The key responsibilities for this role include:
