Resident Care Team Leaders-Full Time and Part Time
Reportingto the Care Manager the Resident Care Team Leader (RCTL) is primarily responsible forensuring all resident care requirements are carried out and met in a safetimely and effective manner within the parameters of AVENS A Community forSeniors policies and procedures legislated requirements and accreditation andprofessional standards of care.
Education and Experience Requirements
v RegisteredNurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing/eligible forregistration with the Registered Nurses Association of the NorthwestTerritories and Nunavut (RNANT/NU)
v Experienceworking with an elderly population and individuals with dementia is preferred
v Mustbe able to obtain provide and maintain a satisfactory Vulnerable SectorCriminal Record Check

SALARY: $50.68 per hour
PENSION PLAN: Available after 12months
GROUP BENEFITS: Available after 3months
VACATION: As per Collective Agreement paid each pay
SICK LEAVE: As per CollectiveAgreement
