Job description
Experienced in air compressors and ready to lead and scale a growing operation As General Manager of Ontario you will lead and scale our Ontario operations with a strong focus on operational excellence team leadership and disciplined will assume full responsibility for the Ontario division overseeing sales leading the sales team and providing overall leadership across business and service operations. Your mandate will be to expand ReapAirs presence in Ontario by scaling the current team and building a strong operational foundation to support significant future growth in alignment with revenue objectives and supplier this role you will lead sales service and administrative functions while establishing the operational infrastructure necessary to support continued business strong operational leadership across sales service and administrative clear structure accountability and performance standards within the Ontario daily operations to ensure efficiency profitability and high service sales initiatives with operational capacity and execution and implement scalable processes to support long-term with HR on workforce planning recruitment and organizational development as the team a performance-driven culture focused on accountability safety and customer and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key financial discipline through budget oversight KPI tracking and operational performance operational leadership experience in an industrial technical or service in the compressed air industry is strongly ability to lead and develop multi-functional teams (sales service and operations).Strong background in operational planning performance management and process experience scaling teams and structuring growing business financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and P&L communication leadership and change management Ideal CandidateA hands-on operational leader who brings structure accountability and clarity to growing in building and stabilizing expanding balancing strategic thinking with hands-on solutions-oriented and to balance commercial growth with operational discipline and long-term Join ReapAirBe part of a growing and supportive teamPerformance-based bonus programCommitment to health & safety and employee well-beingA workplace culture that values teamwork respect and transparencyGroup insurance (life health dental vision and disability) 60% employer-paidRRSP matching programEmployee Ownership Program no personal investment requiredAre you ready to take on the challenge and make an impact Apply now!Please note: Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
