General Description
•The Change Management Professional Level 1, with support/guidance from a Senior Change Management professional, advises on change initiatives and performs change management activities, enabling successful implementation of BC Hydro projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.

ResponsibilitiesWork Assignment Requirements
The Distribution Design Modernization (DDM) project is one of the largest and most complex technology initiatives to date at BC Hydro.
The project will:
Migrate existing Distribution Design work management capabilities from Passport to SAP
Implement a modern design tool, called Automated Utility Design which combines graphical design and tabular design with engineering calculations
The new Design tool will integrate with SAP for the automation of bill of materials generation and job estimation and integrate with GIS for Asset location information
Modernize electrical connection request processes by replacing Gateway customer connections work management solution with SAP
Over 1000 employees and contractors will be impacted by this project. This role will support the Training Delivery Lead to coordinate, schedule and manage all training participants, facilities, catering and equipment.
• A minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within a project environment.
• Collaborate with the project team and the business to support gathering and confirming training requirements and organizational context.
• Support assessing and translating subject matter into content that can be easily understood by target audiences.
• Support the design and development of basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information brief.
• Apply guidelines, standards, and templates in creating materials.
• Plan and manage training delivery to target audiences.
• Execute and support the training delivery approach (e.g. deliver content where appropriate or enable others to deliver).
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness of training materials and delivery including lessons learned.
• Plan and execute corrective measures as needed.
• Develop sustainment plan for training.
• Hand over sustainment plan and training materials to business operations. Additional Education and Skills

• Experience with Camtasia, Video editing software (e.g. Movie Maker), an asset
QualificationsThe successful candidate will:
Exhibit extreme attention to detail
Be a self-starter that can work unsupervised
Possess very strong excel skills and be proficient in the related reporting capabilities
Familiarity and experience with MS Sharepoint would also be considered a strong asset
