Le directeur principal du développement commercial se concentre sur la vente de nouveaux revenus nets au sein des clients commerciaux grâce à la prospection, au réseautage et à l'exécution d'initiatives de marketing visant à accroître notre empreinte.

En mettant l'accent sur la satisfaction totale du client, vous gérerez également de manière proactive les clients commerciaux d'Iron Mountain grâce à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités, à l'exécution de ventes incitatives, à une stratégie de renouvellement et à la gestion des problèmes.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Évaluer les besoins actuels et potentiels des clients potentiels et assignés, en déterminant de nouvelles sources de revenus appropriées provenant des produits et solutions Iron Mountain.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans d’affaires selon le modèle économique des clients
  • Gérer en temps opportun les réponses détaillées aux appels d'offres, suivre l'activité, prévoir, effectuer des recherches concurrentielles
  • Identifier, vendre et clôturer de nouveaux domaines d'opportunité, en sécurisant les ressources et en pilotant le processus de vente
  • Collaborer avec les clients sur les renouvellements et suivre le processus d'appel d'offres, en identifiant les lacunes
  • Négocier les prix et les SLA, le cas échéant, pour favoriser la fidélisation des clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Compréhension approfondie des méthodologies de vente stratégique
  • Solide expérience en gestion de comptes stratégique, en processus de vente et en vente de solutions
  • Minimum de trois ans d'expérience en vente directe dans une industrie de services ou équivalent
  • Excellentes compétences écrites, verbales et de présentation grâce à des messages puissants
  • Fort sens des relations interpersonnelles, de la planification, de l'analyse et des affaires pour une prise de décision efficace
  • Expérience de travail dans des organisations de vente complexes

The Senior Business Development Executive focuses on selling to net new revenue within Commercial customers through prospecting, networking, and executing on marketing initiatives to increase our footprint.

With a focus on Total Customer Satisfaction, you also will proactively manage Iron Mountain Commercial customers through new opportunity identification, upsell execution, renewal strategy, and issue management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess prospective and assigned customers’ current and potential needs, determining appropriate new revenue streams from Iron Mountain products and solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies and business plans according to customers’ business model
  • Manage timely detailed responses to RFPs, track activity, forecast, do competitive research
  • Identify, sell, and close new areas of opportunity, securing resources and driving sales process
  • Partner with customers on renewals and work through RFP process, identifying gaps
  • Negotiate pricing and SLA as appropriate to drive customer retention

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Thorough understanding of strategic selling methodologies
  • Strong background in strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling
  • Minimum of three years of direct sales experience in a service-based industry or equivalent
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills through power messaging
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, analytics and business acumen for effective decision making
  • Experience working in complex sales organizations
