DescriptionFederated Cooperatives Limited (FCL) is hiring anEngineer III Civil (CSA) on a permanent basis in our Major Projects team.
This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina SK.
As a Civil Engineer within our Major Projects team you will play a key role in the planning design and execution of infrastructure supporting carbon capture facilities and other Energy Roadmap initiatives. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe efficient and compliant project delivery.
What youll do:
- Develop and review civil and structural designs for foundations piling concrete structures drainage systems access roads grading and stormwater management.
- Provide technical support throughout project phases from feasibility and FEED to construction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards regulatory and environmental requirements.
- Review contractor consultant and architectural deliverables to ensure quality and design conformance.
- Provide field engineering support during construction and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor construction quality and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams contractors consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Participate in design reviews risk assessments constructability reviews and permitting activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE and sustainability requirements.
- Prepare technical reports engineering calculations and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records and contribute to project reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Engineering & Engineering Technology and:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer (.) designation or eligibility.
- 510 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction preferably in large industrial or energy projects.
- Experience with major capital projects such as carbon capture oil & gas petrochemical or infrastructure developments is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural design and engineering standards.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments.
