Line Cook - Bluebird Restaurant - Staff Housing Available

We’re seeking a Line Cook to join us at Bluebird! Bluebird is a wood-fired steakhouse featuring the best of Alberta beef including your favorite classic cuts and all-day-roasted Prime rib. Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Previous culinary experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required
