How You Will Make An Impact

You will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.

Duties & Responsibilities Include

• Direct and supervise all aspects of food production and services
• Take responsibility for daily operations, such as preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Assist to oversee all food and labour.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program, Occupational Health and Safety Act and WHMIS regulations

Qualifications Include

• Post-secondary education in culinary or related studies
• 4 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a large scale environment
• 4 years experience working in commercial and bulk catering preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to accommodate a flexible work schedule (including weekends)
• Capable of performing administrative duties

• Red Seal Certificate
• Advanced Food Safe Certification
• Pass a Criminal Record Check
• Shift: 12hr/Day
• Rotation: 21 On/7 Off or 6 On/1 Off
• Flights & accommodations provided
• Season Ends: August 21, 2026

The hourly wage for this position is $31.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation.
