Additionally, we offer extended health and dental benefits, Group RSP with employer matching, a generous bank of wellness days, and industry perks. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will cover the following duties and responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain an accurate aging report and reconcile A/R balance to G/LRecord payments to customer accounts, and follow up on any discrepanciesAssist in the collection of accounts through correspondence by telephone, e-mail, letters, and statementsPrepare daily, weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports, including but not limited to, receivable aging, cash receiptsCreate credit memos as requiredCustomer account maintenanceRespond to customer inquiries over phone and emailREQUIREMENTSAbility to deal with delicate financial situations with tact and diplomacyIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsGood command of the English language (written and verbal)BBA - Accounting, or a diploma/certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping required.Strong problem-solving skillsExperience in E-commerce (PayPal, Shopify) reconciliations and a manufacturing apparel environment would be an assetERP Systems experience; NetSuite experience an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
