This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and customer expectations.The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience in a construction or industrial environment, thrives in a fast‑paced setting, and is comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. A certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead projects from planning and award through final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and customer expectations are met or exceededPartner with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metricsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsProactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issuesCoordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project executionProvide regular project updates and progress reporting to leadership and key stakeholdersTrack project performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions as neededEnsure adherence to Victaulic project management standards and best practicesSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and execution disciplineFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellenceRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environmentDemonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects from start to finishExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously (typically up to five at a time)Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)Preferred QualificationsProject Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent)Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an assetExperience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industriesFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesWorking knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) conceptsExperience leveraging digital or AI‑enabled tools to enhance project efficiencyAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and results‑driven environmentTravel RequirementsWillingness to travel up to 25% to project sites and customer locations as neededSalary: $80 - 110k (based on experience)Victaulic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applicants without discrimination based on age, race, colour, national origin, citizenship, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.
