Role Description The Ballroom Dance Teacher will provide professional instruction in a variety of ballroom styles through group classes, private lessons, and workshops. This full-time, on-site role in Edmonton, AB includes planning and delivering lesson plans, demonstrating technique, musicality, and partnering skills, and adapting teaching methods to different ages and levels. The teacher will assess student progress, offer constructive feedback, prepare students for social dancing and performances, and help maintain a positive, safe studio environment. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with studio events, supporting student retention, collaborating with other instructors, and representing the studio in a professional manner.
