Job description
Harvard Developments has an immediate opening for a Senior Property Manager with accountability to manage a portfolio of Class A office assets in Regina. The primary responsibilities would be to carry out in a profitable manner the complete and satisfactory delivery of Harvards duties under the service or property management agreement in keeping with the companys guidelines and property owners is a full-service real estate management company based in Western Canada that is recognized for its reputation in leadership flexibility quality and performance. The company oversees over 9 million square feet of office retail and industrial properties throughout Western Canada with offices in Regina Calgary Edmonton and in it for youStrong corporate values;Professional colleagues who work hard and enjoy what they do;Competitive merit-based compensation program with performance incentive;Comprehensive orientation training and support;Private industry benefits that include health wellness pension and group RRSP childrens scholarship continuous learning opportunities and the choice of excellent work life balance; andOpportunity to build a career in an accountability-based flexible fast paced and team-oriented responsibilities include:Lead a multi-disciplinary portfolio team to achieve desired standards of quality and performance in administration financial management operations maintenance marketing and reporting;Provide superior customer service with a strong focus on hospitality customer experience and service excellence;Monitoring financial performance to achieve profitability and performance targets for both the property and the business enterprise;Build strong and collaborative relationships with the clients tenants and vendor community;Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the companys ESG initiatives affecting the portfolio;Ensure compliance with corporate HSE program throughout the portfolio; andBuild collaborative relationships throughout the local and national industry in support of business growth and you will bring to the job:Proven leadership and supervisory experience;A minimum of ten years commercial real estate management experience with increasing accountabilities;Exceptional customer service and hospitality orientation with the ability to maintain strong relationships;A strong understanding of financial statements and contract law;Command of the English language with superior written and oral communication and computer literacy skills;Excellent organizational and negotiating skills;A post-secondary degree with demonstrated career certification as a CPM RPA PMP or equivalent;The relevant Provincial real estate license or the willingness to acquire it within one year of employment; andValid drivers license with clean abstract and access to vehicle for business this position provides the opportunity and challenge you are looking for please forward your resume along with a letter outlining why you think Harvard is the right company for you in confidence to Harvard is willing to consider a relocation transition package for those who apply from out of province.
