The Mission Critical Applications Section requires a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the Mission Critical Applications team as a Critical Applications Support this role you will support key policing systemsincluding RMS CAD and their integrated applicationsensuring users receive timely and effective technical assistance. You will troubleshoot issues assist with system updates and contribute to small enhancements that improve how these critical systems operate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an internal candidate seeking a new challenge in a mission-critical IT environment that directly supports public and officer safety. Hours of Work: 33.75 hours per weekhours Monday - Friday. Hours of work may be subject to the terms and conditions of a variable hours of work program. Incumbents must be available for call-out outside of these hours on a rotational basis.
Salary Range: 21M Salary Grade: 044 $48.84 - $61.54 (Hourly) $3296.80 - $4154.40 (Biweekly) $86045.63 - $108430.43 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.
