Inbound Call Centre Specialist
Directors' Choice is looking for detail-oriented Inbound Call Centre Specialists who lead with empathy. Supporting the funeral industry demands a rare balance of emotional intelligence and technical precision. In this role, you will professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, document vital information, and ensure critical messages reach on-call personnel accurately and urgently, while adhering to all established processes and procedures. Compensation: $17/per hour
