Workplace Investigations is Veritas Solutions’ largest business unit and central to our work helping organizations prevent harm and respond to complex workplace issues.
We are seeking a senior leader to guide this practice. This role requires sound professional judgment, deep experience in labour relations, and the ability to support both high‑quality investigation work and the investigators doing it.

Veritas Solutions is a fully remote Canadian firm specializing in workplace investigations, HR risk management, and training. We work with organizations across Canada on matters with legal, regulatory, and reputational consequence. Our work is grounded in care, accountability, procedural fairness, and psychological safety.
The Director, HR & Workplace Investigations provides leadership within our investigations practice while remaining closely connected to the work. You will oversee complex matters, coach investigators, support quality and consistency, and contribute to the ongoing development of our investigation practices, particularly in unionized and labour‑relations‑sensitive environments. This is an employee role offering flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful opportunity for professional growth within a senior‑led practice.
