As the Senior Director of the Transformation Office, you will lead the Technology organization’s strategy and planning that shapes the future of our Technology organization at Arc’teryx. This role offers the opportunity to build a critical function combining project portfolio management, product management, technology business management, and accelerate our AI strategy. You will influence strategic planning, portfolio governance, and AI adoption at scale, while developing high‑performing teams and communities of practice. Expect to work through challenges such as aligning global priorities, driving cultural change, and embedding new ways of working across diverse teams. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
