The Summer Internship at Sienna Senior Living provides students with a hands‑on opportunity to gain meaningful experience within the seniors living and healthcare sector. Interns will support key business functions such as operations, human resources, finance, or resident experience, contributing to projects that enhance the quality of care and services across Sienna’s communities.
Throughout the program, interns will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, assist with day‑to‑day operations, and participate in strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance. This role offers exposure to a dynamic, mission‑driven environment focused on enriching the lives of seniors, while developing professional skills in communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork.
By the end of the internship, participants will have gained practical industry knowledge, built valuable relationships, and developed a deeper understanding of how a leading Canadian seniors living organization operates.
