Reporting to the Slopes Manager, the ideal candidate will have professionalism, strong operator skills, supervisory experience and a thorough understanding of heavy equipment use. You will:You Have:
Previous heavy equipment operating experience (required).
Previous supervisory experience (required).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
The physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform extended periods of physical work.
A passion for working outdoors and contributing to a high-performing mountain operations team.
