Neobridge Healthcare is proud to share this opportunity on behalf of Avalon Health Clinic, a new multidisciplinary clinic planned for Greater Victoria, BC. Avalon is seeking founding Internal Medicine Physicians to join a new interdisciplinary clinic designed around connected, modern healthcare.

This is an opportunity to practice in an environment that values thoughtful medicine, strong collaboration, and coordinated patient care across primary care, rehabilitation, and specialty services.

At Avalon, Internal Medicine will play an important role in supporting patients with complex medical needs, chronic disease, recovery pathways, and multidisciplinary care planning.

You will work alongside family physicians, nurse practitioners, rehabilitation clinicians, and allied health professionals within one integrated system designed to improve continuity, communication, and patient experience.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

• Provide consultative and longitudinal internal medicine care within a collaborative outpatient setting
• Support patients with complex chronic disease, multi-system concerns, and medically complicated presentations
• Collaborate closely with family physicians and Nurse Practitioners to improve continuity and coordinated care planning
• Contribute expertise to Avalon's rehabilitation and recovery pathways, including surgical recovery, brain injury/concussion recovery, and ICU recovery
• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and shared care planning
• Help shape specialty workflows and systems within a growing clinic environment
• Contribute to a patient experience that feels connected, respectful, and easier to navigate

WHO YOU ARE

You are an Internal Medicine Physician who values collaborative practice, thoughtful systems, and relationship-based care.

You bring strong clinical reasoning, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach to complex care. You appreciate autonomy while recognizing the value of interdisciplinary collaboration and integrated healthcare environments.

You may be especially interested in helping build a modern outpatient model that supports both clinicians and patients more effectively.

WHAT YOU BRING

• MD with full registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, or eligibility to register
• Certification in Internal Medicine with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC), or eligibility
• CMPA coverage
• Interest in collaborative outpatient medicine and interdisciplinary care
• Comfort with EMR systems and team-based workflows
• Strong communication skills and collaborative instincts
• Physicians at varying stages of practice are welcome to apply
