About the Role
The Supervisor, Parking Office is responsible for the daily supervision of parking office staff and provision of administrative services supporting reserved and visitor parking, including systems administration for customer service and point of sale systems to ensure correct fees and accurate pricing for a range of parking services. The Supervisor administers the collection and processing of parking payments in accordance with university policies and department procedures and interprets parking regulations, resolving difficult parking problems and appeals as required. The Supervisor maintains process and procedural documentation, making revisions as necessary to ensure effective systems training and supports the implementation of new systems and associated processes. The role tracks, monitors and reports on data and analytics as it relates to parking sales to support the management of transportation space on campus. The Supervisor contributes to continuous improvement efforts within Parking Services and supports sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with three years related experience in parking facility or transportation management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong prioritization skills, especially related to balancing administrative and supervisory fnctions.
